Hey everyone! Here is another build I have been working on. I took it to the next level with this one. Enjoy!
Focus on:
100 Resilience
100 Mobility
0 Recovery (if played well you'll LOCK-DOWN everything.)
Use your remaining points on Discipline. Ideally you wanna get 100.

This build speaks for itself guys. Use Ager's as your main weapon which does STASIS damage in combination with Mothkeeper's Wraps and your STRAND abilities.
You'll get 3 grenades to blind and will cause a big explosion on impact.
Once an enemy dies by Ager's beam, all other surrounded enemies will be FROZEN.

You have:
option 1: use a SOLAR sidearm to become RADIANT.
option 2: use Indebted Kindness with VOLTSHOT to apply JOLT.

change helmet siphon to solar or arc

And ofcourse a Rocket Launcher for bosses and overloads.

Gameplay Loop:
Throw Moth - use your melee to SEVER enemies - SHOOT TANGLE and/or SEVER TARGET (Moth will explode and cause blind) - DODGE if more enemies spawn - use your melee again - throw Moth - SHOOT TANGLE and/or SEVER TARGET (Moth will explode and cause blind) - Ager's Scepter.
SEVER Targets will spawn NEW TANGLES (on cooldown tho)
and don't forget to finish for ammo.

This was fun! I'm already working on the next unique build. I'm really leaning in these Pre-Prismatic type of builds.

Abilities
  • Gambler's Dodge
    Class Ability
    Dodge to perform a deft tumble, avoiding enemy attacks. Dodging near enemies fully recharges your Melee Ability.
  • Threaded Spike
    Strand Melee
    Throw a rope dart that bounces between targets, damaging and severing them. The dart will return to you once it's done, returning melee energy to you for each target hit. Press just as the dart gets back to you to catch it and increase the amount of energy returned.
  • Silkstrike
    Super Ability
    Weave a vicious rope dart and tear through your targets. : Swing the rope dart in front of you to deal damage. The tip of the dart deals bonus damage, and defeating targets with the tip causes them to explode. : Swing the rope dart in a circular motion to deal heavy damage all around you. : Use the grapple to move forward quickly.
  • Grapple
    Strand Grenade
    Weave a grappling hook, and quickly pull yourself forward. Grappling to a Tangle immediately recharges your grenade energy. During and shortly after grappling, your melee attack deals area damage and unravels targets.
  • Triple Jump
    Movement Ability
    While airborne, sustain your air control with a second or third jump.

  • Whirling Maelstrom
    Destroying a Tangle will weave a violent, writhing mass of Strand fibers. The Strand mass seeks out and damages targets, emitting Unraveling projectiles when it defeats them.
  • Widow's Silk
    You have an additional grenade charge. Your Grappling Hook creates a Grapple Tangle at the grapple point.

    Increases the amount of ammo you can carry for Arc weapons.

Leg armor mods

  • Stasis Weapon Surge (x2)
    Collecting an Orb of Power causes you to gain 1 temporary Armor Charge. Your Stasis weapons gain a small bonus to damage while you have any Armor Charge. Your Armor Charge now decays over time.
  • Stasis Holster
    Gradually reloads your stowed Stasis weapons over time.

    Your decaying Armor Charge has a longer duration.
  • Special Finisher
    Collecting an Orb of Power causes you to gain 1 temporary Armor Charge. Finishers generate Special ammo for the whole fireteam. Consumes 3 stacks of Armor Charge.

    Reduces grenade cooldown when using your class ability.

  • Hail The Storm

    While your Super is nearly fully-charged, ability final blows spawn Orbs of Power.   Wearing Season of the Wish armor decreases Super amount threshold.
  • Torch
    While radiant, deal increased weapon damage to combatants affected by Strand and Stasis debuffs.
  • Flint Striker
    Rapid Solar weapon precision hits and rapid Solar weapon final blows grant Radiant.
  • Overload Auto Rifle
    Sustained fire from Auto Rifles disrupts combatants, stunning them, delaying ability energy regeneration and lowering combatant damage output. Strong against Overload Champions. Additionally, Auto Rifles are always overcharged when that modifier is active.
  • Piercing Sidearms
    Your equipped Sidearms fire shield-piercing rounds and stun Barrier Champions. Additionally, Sidearms are always overcharged when that modifier is active.
  • Unstoppable Hand Cannon
    Aiming down the sights of a Hand Cannon for a short time loads a powerful explosive payload that stuns unshielded combatants. Strong against Unstoppable Champions. Additionally, Hand Cannons are always overcharged when the modifier is active.
  • Overload Rocket Launchers
    Rocket Launchers are especially affective against Overload Champions.
