Again I found this build on youtube by Daltnix and I love it enough to make me wanna share it to others. I haven't had this much fun in the crucible in a while and recommend it to everyone!
When it comes to Arcane Needle, charge 2 builds faster than charge 1, and charge 3 builds faster than charge 2. The goal is to always stay above a full melee charge, so you can weavewalk on command.
The best part about this build is that you can play super aggressive and go pretty unpunished. Your rift also serves as a defense tool against shotgun rushes as it spawns 3 threadlings plus whatever you have perched. You do not need to leave weavewalk to rift you can rift out of weavewalk and spawn up to 8 threadlings if you have 5 already perched. With thread of evolution they do 39 dmg so its great for cleaning up.
Start the game a bit slow, let your melee charges build up. Weavewalk until you have 3-4 threadlings before entering any fight, as they will chase whoever you are shooting. If you find yourself losing the fight, weavewalk, heal and try again.
100 recovery and 100 strength are a must. Recovery to minimize regen time, strength to guarantee weavewalk uptime. 60-70 resilience is a sweet spot to make sure you don't die quicker to one less bullet from target lock AR's for example. Discipline as high as you can, but thread of generation helps a ton with that. I play trials so I like my intellect high, but whatever it's at at that point is probably fine if you want to use this build in more casual settings.
A creature woven from pure Strand matter that seeks nearby targets and attacks, dealing damage.
The target is permeated with destructive Strand matter. As they take additional damage, they create unraveled projectiles that seek out nearby targets. Unraveling Rounds from your Strand weapons pierce the shields of Barrier Champions and stun them. Unraveled targets unwind into a Tangle when defeated.
