This build goes for full damage fragments as it assumes that you have a team that's also built into feeding you massive amounts of orbs like you are for them. If that's the case, you'll be in Well of Radiance so frequently that Radiant and Restoration effects will be overwritten so regularly as to make focusing on them pointless. So I've built into making Ignitions from Ember of Combustion more deadly.
If you don't have a good team, then you could drop Ember of Eruption for Ember of Empyrean and Fusion Grenade for Healing Grenade so that you're better able to keep yourself alive in between Well activations. You could also drop Char or Ashes for Torches so that you can quickly make yourself Radiant with your melee, swap to your GL and break Barrier Champions if you're not able to kill them quickly enough/no one else has Anti Barrier. You will be getting less Ignitions, however, because you'll be applying less scorch either way.
I chose Phoenix Protocol because it maximizes your Well of Radiance up time in order to optimize the benefit Ember of Combustion provides to your solar weapons.
You could substitute other solar weapons for Eyes if you don’t have it.
Mantle of Battle Harmony is another good exotic armor, but I prefer to improve my team’s super rotation by popping Well more frequently with Phoenix Protocol. I also feel like the more frequent Ignitions from increased Well Uptime and Ember of Combustion is worth the 8% damage difference between 2 surges and 4.
Wait for at least 4 targets, swap to Eyes, lock on and refund your shots.
Outside of a Well, you will constantly be Scorching targets and becoming Radiant.
Inside a Well, Ember of Combustion COUNTS YOUR EYES OF TOMORROW SHOTS AS SUPER DAMAGE THAT IGNITES TARGETS ON KILLS! In the early waves it’s not as noticeable because the splash damage just kills nearby targets. But in the higher waves the Ignitions will MASSIVELY increase your Eyes of Tomorrow’s deadliness!
A luminous concentration of Solar energy. When picked up, Firesprites grant grenade energy.
You regenerate health and shields over time. Cannot be interrupted by taking damage.
You are healed in a burst of mending Solar Light.
A large Solar explosion which deals damage in an area around the target and stuns Unstoppable Champions.
The target is singed by destructive Solar Light, taking damage over time. Scorch damage increases as the target accumulates more Scorch stacks. After enough Scorch stacks are applied to the target, they ignite.
Your weapons are enhanced by the power of the Traveler and deal increased damage to combatants. While you are radiant, your weapons pierce the shields of Barrier Champions and stun them.
